Many of the plans you'll find in this area, while presented here for the modeler's reference, are actual conceptual blueprints. You could actually build these structures, but the plans do not, for the most part, contain some critical information about things like plumbing, electrical systems, etc. This, however, presents no poblem for the modeler.
